A trial lawyer for 17 years, Bart made it his mission to spread the lesser-known tools of criminal record privacy to lawyers and consumers across the nation.
10 years into practicing a very active criminal docket, he decided to fill his brain with database management systems so that he could find a solution to criminal records creeping into peoples lives without end. Finishing his Certification in Data Warehouse technology, he submitted his independent project on solving the problem through data science and legal technology principles. That project led to publishing his research in three legal innovation journals later that same year.
At the same time, he and Ramin began testing the concept through a secure portal that would eventually become the first and only automated criminal record removal system. RecordFixer was born.
Law offices and individual consumers have since been able to harness the hard work he and his team have brought to the complex world of criminal data privacy.

Ramin’s background in data engineering and full stack development is unparalleled. With over 25 years in working with all layers of software development, he has led projects that have built highly complex applications in aerospace, renewable energy, electrical utilities, cloud storage, advertising, GSE, transportation, BioTec, IoT devices, pharmaceutical, oncology, infectious diseases and vaccines, and neuroscience.
With such an array of private and public data engineering projects, he brings earth-shattering innovative tools to the RecordFixer privacy system arsenal.
Always with an eye towards evolving platforms, he is keenly aware of the best-in-practices principles for supporting ecosystems of data integrity.

Yale Law school graduate and gifted brainiac, Jessica brought her amazing legal mind to RecordFixer and helped refine the intricacies in our ultra secret Record Privacy Matrix (RPM).
As a former associate to Cravath, Swaine, and Moore, she blessed our team with BigLaw ideas and helped strengthen our privacy compliance tools to help justice involved consumers across the country.
She now brings boundless hope to families in New York at the Children’s Rights Clinic as an extraordinary Staff Attorney.

Before embarking on his amazing career as an IP Litigation Attorney at Knobbe Martens, Eric helped fine-tune RecordFixer’s early stage approach to recognizing the complex privacy laws across each and every state in the US.
With lightning speed research, Eric helped streamline our index of of existing and emerging legislative trends that would make our tool grow stronger with age.
We are grateful for Eric’s contribution to RecordFixer’s early adoption by the legal departments of our nation’s largest criminal data provider’s. He is now GC for Clearwater Analytics.

Few scholars in the nation have matched the prevalence and depth of Professor Lageson in her work with criminal legal systems, surveillance, and technology in the US.

Faith comes from 27 years of primary source criminal data experience where she worked with the largest database providers in the country.
With knowledge of every possible level in criminal background data, she has navigated countless Superior and District Courts, (including Civil and Family), and would at one point process over 400 record retrievals on daily turnarounds–ensuring FCRA compliance at the furnisher and agency levels.
More than just an industry insider, she has been sought out by C-Suite executives to train other records researchers across the country on how to achieve her record setting 100% record linkage accuracy rating–which has since become legendary in the data community.

A serial entrepreneur in the information retrieval domain, co-founder of SemanticJuice and EasyLawFinder (among others), and contributor/advisor to several projects in the legal space, we are proud to have been given his insight in tailoring our research tools.
Sharing his Jedi advice in utilizing the most cutting-edge Machine Learning algorithms, we eventually fine-tuned the parsing of thousands of interesting datapoints to help guide us on our journey to develop our amazing suite of detection systems and NLP-based triggers.
